As our Office Manager, you will be the heart of Kinective’s Denver-area office — the person who keeps our workspace running smoothly, ensures our team has everything they need to do their best work, and helps our culture of innovation and collaboration come to life every day.


You will own daily office operations and take the lead on facilities, vendor relationships, and employee experience initiatives, partnering closely with our Talent team and Culture Committee to create an environment where every employee and guest feels welcome. This role blends administrative expertise, operational problem-solving, and genuine care for people — and your work will be felt across the entire office.

What You’ll Own

Office Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Golden, CO office, including supplies, equipment, meeting spaces, mail, and visitor management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related questions and requests, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for employees and guests alike
  • Identify and act on opportunities to streamline processes and improve how the office functions as the team grows

Facilities & Vendor Management

  • Own relationships with building management, maintenance providers, and office service vendors, keeping operations running with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate repairs, service requests, and facility needs proactively, resolving issues quickly and advocating for a well-maintained workspace
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety protocols; serve as the primary point of contact for emergency preparedness and response

Employee & Guest Experience

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where employees feel supported and visitors leave with a strong impression of Kinective
  • Coordinate on-site employee events, team meetings, and culture-building activities in partnership with the Talent team and Culture Committee
  • Provide scheduling, travel, and expense coordination support for executives and teams as needed, handling details with accuracy and discretion

Budget & Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor office expenses, reconcile invoices, and track spend against budget, escalating variances and identifying opportunities to optimize costs
  • Maintain organized records for vendor contracts, expenses, and office documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy access for key stakeholders

  • Working effectively with the Talent team, Culture Committee, and leadership to plan and execute events and initiatives that strengthen connection and culture
  • Improving how the office operates through smart processes, accurate budget tracking, and a constant eye toward what could work better

Necessary Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience managing facilities, vendor relationships, or office budgets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern workplace tools, including Microsoft Suite, Slack, and similar platforms
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — you spot issues before they surface and solve them without being asked
  • Customer-service mindset with a genuine focus on creating a positive experience for employees and guests
  • Ability to work on-site in the Golden, CO office daily
  • Experience supporting hybrid or remote-first organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is just as valued


Pay, Benefits & Total Rewards
$50,000 – $65,000 


The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum for this role. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, job-related skills, location, and internal equity, and most offers are not made at the top of the range. Base pay is one part of Kinective’s Total Rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity. Office Expectation

This role is ON-SITE, with an expectation of 5 days a week in-office at our location in Golden, CO for the first few months with the opportunity to explore a more flexible Hybrid arrangement after that. Our hours are 8-5pm.
